The database is managed by the Alumni Association of each country.  It may be noted that SSEAYP International Singapore (SIS) and Association of the Ship for Southeast Asian Youth of Thailand (ASSEAY) revised their name lists in 1998 when SSEAYP made its 25th anniversary. To facilitate speedily transfer of member database, it is recommended that the membership register of each Alumni Association shall contain, at the minimum, the following information of all the Members:
(a)          Full name;
(b)          NRIC number;
(c)          Postal address;
(d)          E-mail address;
(e)          Year and level of participation;
(f)           Occupation;
(g)          Contact number(s); and
(h)          Date of birth.
